Academic Enrollment Forms
Reservation form for incoming Preschool, Grade School, Junior High, and Senior High students. Submit your reservation first. The enrollment form is private and emailed only to applicants who qualify after assessment.

Step 1 — New Applicants & Transferees
Fill this out to reserve your slot. An assessment schedule will be sent upon approval. If you qualify after assessment, the private enrollment form will be sent to your email. Pay the reservation fee after submission.
